### Conditions - **The Ribbon** - 1 use (-2 penalty to death saves) - **The Fiddle** - 1 use # Session Start > The once thundering footsteps of the dovecote fade to subtle vibrations in the ground you begin to notice more and more lamp lights coming to life throughout Wickermoor Village. Vestigial magic static hangs in the air, sending tickling chills down your skin, and filling the air with the unsettling scent of human burning. There's a deflated.... something... on the earth just in front of two deep craters that were once occupied by the dovecote's giant avian legs before it fled off in the direction of the Crimson Monastary. More lamps illuminating now... You remember Eleanor's warning about some of the townsfolk as you wonder how they're going to react to the now Roving Rookery... # Session Summary Session began with the party in a state of shock that the rookery just stomped off into the horizon. Louis investigated the empty skin thing and collected the skin suit that Theodora apparently left. Townsfolk began to approach, particularly an old man who eventually started rambling about his wife Linda. Eventually his grandson appeared, who seemed to be concerned that the party was trying to take advantage of his elderly family member. The party was quite convincing in their discussion, however, and the man spilled some beans on Lonely Linda and her secret buried treasure. After some prodding, the party learned that the treasure is buried with her in her grave, but her actual grave site is not known entirely. Having gained this mans trust, he started to grow concerned over what the other townsfolk may think about this new turn of events (the roving rookery), and warned the party that they should probably dip and lie low for a bit at least while things settle. Taking his advice, the party made their escape behind the crooked house, with Parabellum's owl observing to see if anyone was following. The owl did notice two suspicious looking individuals who seemed to be attempting to flank them. The party determined that these gentlemen are likely Milton and Dilton after noticing an extremely large and conspicuous bulge in the trousers of one of the men. Making their way to the tree line, Bimbap flew up into the sky to see if there was any watercraft or something that could help them travel more quickly down the river. He was fortunate to find a very mossy looking boat, and hastily made his approach where the party joined him to find a familiar face tending to the mossy craft: Sister Rain. She did agree to guide them down the river towards their destination, but only under the condition that they agreed not to eat meat. Exceptions are made in cases where the interests of the patient lady align with the cause. The party reluctantly agreed, and they started down the river on the mossy craft. Sister Rain proved an exceptional guide, educating the party regarding the more subtle nuances of nature, at one point saving a salmon of knowledge that eventually took an affinity to Bimbap who seemed to be growing attracted to Sister Rain. The party took rest in the hold of the craft, where the plant life aboard released pheromones that caused the group to experience horrifying dreams of animal slaughter. Upon waking and making their way to the deck of the boat, they saw the Crimson Monastery in the distance at last. They left the boat for Dawn's Gate, where they found a meager town with only a small pub to refresh themselves. They entered the empty pub, which seemed empty. The friendly bartender crafted them beautiful pina coladas using a hand cranked blender. They were delicious. He shared some information about the followers of the Crimson Dawn and Marius Renathyr. Session ended with the reveal of the Crimson Monastery!
